If you wish to return purchased items because you have changed your mind for any reason, you will have thirty (30) days from the date shown on your receipt to do so. We will not refund any postage you paid when your order was confirmed, except in circumstances where we have made an error. You should obtain a confirmation of posting when returning goods as we cannot accept responsibility for loss during transit. This is in addition to (not in addition to) the right to withdraw from the contract set out in the Distance Selling Regulations (2000). This gives you a cooling-off period of seven (7) working days, starting from the date on which you receive the goods, during which you may withdraw from the contract and return the goods at your own expense without having to give any reason.
You may exercise this right of withdrawal without penalty, except for the return shipping fee. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you have the option of requesting a full refund or exchange of the goods. If an exchange is requested, all shipping costs must be at your own risk. You are responsible for all costs incurred in returning the goods. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) while in your possession and all items should be returned in suitable packaging to preserve their condition in transit. Refunds or exchanges will not be made for incomplete or damaged goods. We will issue a refund within ten (10) business days of receiving the returned goods, subject to satisfactory inspection results. Refunds are usually made using the same method as the original payment.
You do not need to contact us before returning the item within thirty (30) days. However, we recommend that you contact us so that we know how we may be able to assist you if you are unsure about the item's suitability or compatibility. If you contact us and advise us that you intend to return your order, this will assist in processing the return.

Custom items
Custom-made items , such as bespoke products or gifts, cannot be returned or refunded except under the contract of sale of goods. This does not apply if the products are found to be faulty and must be returned in their original unopened packaging. This requirement is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations (2000).

Products sold in the Discount and Sale collections cannot be returned or refunded except under the contract of sale of goods.
