If you wish to return purchased items because you have changed your mind for any reason, you will have thirty (30) days from the date shown on your receipt to do so. We will not refund the postage you paid when your order was confirmed, except in circumstances where we have made a mistake. You should obtain a posting confirmation when returning the goods, as we cannot accept responsibility for loss during transit. This is an extension (not in addition to) the right of withdrawal provided for in distance selling (2000). This gives you the right to think about seven (7) business days, starting from the date of receipt of the goods, during which you can withdraw from the contract and return the goods at your own expense without having to give any reason.
You can exercise this right of withdrawal without penalty, with the exception of the return fee for the goods. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you have the option of requesting a full refund or replacement of the goods. If a replacement is required, all shipping costs must be your responsibility. You are responsible for all costs incurred in returning the goods. You must have reasonable care of the item(s) while in your possession and all items should also be returned in appropriate packaging so as to maintain their condition in transit. Refunds or exchanges will not be made for incomplete or damaged goods. Refunds will be made within ten (10) business days of receipt of the returned item subject to satisfactory inspection results. Refunds are usually made using the same method as the original payment.
You do not need to contact us before returning the goods within thirty (30) days. However, we recommend that you contact us so that we know how we may be able to help if you are unsure about a subject matter regarding its suitability or compatibility. If you contact us and indicate that you intend to return your order, this will help with the processing of the returned item.

Custom Items
Custom items, such as customized products or gifts, cannot be returned or refunded under the contract for the sale of goods alone. This does not apply if the products are found to be defective and must be returned in their original sealed packaging. This requirement is in line with the terms and conditions of distance selling of the Regulations (2000).

Products sold in the Discount and Sale collections cannot be returned or refunded only under the contract for the sale of goods. How to return goods to us via Zásilkovna? It's simple:
You bring the parcel to any Packeta pick-up point and dictate the code sent by us to the staff.
Pack the shipment, there is no need to write to the recipient or sender.
- In about 1-2 days, your package will be delivered to us.
- We will send you the code by e-mail after payment. (choose On-line payment by card or Transfer).
- when handing over the package, have a confirmation with the parcel number issued by Zásilkovna!
The shipment must meet the following parameters:
- Maximum shipment weight: 5 kg
- Maximum size of one side of the parcel: 70 cm
- Maximum sum of dimensions of all three sides of the parcel: 120 cm (e.g. 50×40×30 cm parcel)
- Minimum dimensions: 10×7×1 cm
